(WTOC) - All lanes on I-16 eastbound at Old River Road are closed as of around 11:00 a.m. Friday morning, according to the Georgia Department of Transportation’s traffic map.According to GDOT the anticipated end time for traffic congestion is 11:23 a.m. Friday morning.
